We had a fantastic time at this resort! The staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel at home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family. The amenities were plentiful, and we loved the pool. However, we did find the dinner buffet to be a bit cold when we arrived late. Our stay at Sofitel Sanya was absolutely wonderful! The resort is beautiful and meticulously clean, with an impressive range of activities for both adults and kids. The staff made us feel at home with their exceptional service. The only downside was the distance from town, but it’s a small price to pay for the peaceful atmosphere right by the beach.
